 Charitable GivingThe Plant Home's financial aid programs allow for residents with limited assets to apply for subsidies with assisted living services fees. Since its inception in 1917, The Plant Home has served over 1,000 residents and given out over 5.5 million dollars in subsidies.How You Can Help Your donation will help continue Thomas Plant's vision of serving all our elders, regardless of their ability to pay. Cash Donations. Donations by cash or check are the easiest and most common form of charitable giving. Gifts of Securities. Long-term, appreciated stocks and securities are an excellent way of providing financial support. Remembering a Loved One. You may wish to pay tribute to a loved one or friend by making a gift in their honor. Your Legacy. You may also wish to help secure our legacy of care for the future by making a planned gift to The Plant Home.
