What is low income tax credit housing?
Some income limits may apply to qualify to live in 32 of the 37 apartments in The Plant Home. For more information, contact Robyn Lamsom.

Is the Plant Home still a Lifecare home?
No. Residents simply pay monthly rent and services fees.

What are market rate apartments?
There are no income limits on market rate apartments. These are all private pay rooms.

Can residents have pets?
Yes, with proper documentation and a good temperament, we encourage pets.

Can we bring our own furniture?
Yes. All apartments are unfurnished.

Is cable television and phone available?
Cable television is available through local vendors. Our phone service is an internal service connected to our nurse call system and is available for a nominal monthly fee.

Can I have my own vehicle?
Absolutely. Many of our residents do.
