Independent Living

These cottages offer two-bedroom apartments. Both the Thomas Lane and Orchard Lane duplexes are located on campus, adjacent to the main home. All locations boast spectacular views of the Kennebec River and/or Winnegance Creek. Amenities included with rent:

• Maintenance

• Grounds keeping
• Snow removal
• Access to resident activities
• 24-Hour Emergency Monitoring System
• Transportation twice monthly to medical appointments

Special Options:

1-3 Meals delivered daily from our kitchen, $6 per meal.
Housekeeping is available at $20 per hour.
